Terms for using dizzywalker.be and for artwork-related enquiries, gallery visits and transactions arranged through Dizaura SRL.

1. Website and operator Dizzywalker is the artist identity of Didem Gungor. The website dizzywalker.be presents artworks, prints, exhibitions and related information. The website is operated by Dizaura SRL, which handles the commercial and administrative side of artwork sales, rentals and gallery visits.

2. Website content The text, images, artwork reproductions, downloads and other original material on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

3. Artwork information and availability We aim to keep artwork descriptions, dimensions, availability and prices accurate. Availability may change before the website is updated. Colours and appearance can vary between screens and do not replace viewing an original work in person where this is possible.

4. Purchases, rentals and gallery visits Artwork sales, rentals and other paid arrangements are handled by Dizaura SRL. Any specific price, VAT treatment, delivery cost, framing cost, deposit, payment schedule or cancellation condition will be confirmed before the transaction is finalised. Gallery visits are by appointment unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property Copyright in the artworks remains with the artist unless expressly transferred in writing. Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer reproduction, publication, commercial-use or other intellectual property rights.

6. External services and links The website may link to third-party services such as booking, exhibition, social media or print platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
