1. Scope of services Dizaura SRL provides consultancy to individuals who wish to become self employed in Belgium, and runs a creative practice that includes artwork sales, exhibitions, and art based workshops. Information provided on the website, in handbooks, or during sessions is general guidance. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. For specific matters, consult a qualified professional.

2. Use of website content All text, images, downloads, and branding on this website are owned by Dizaura SRL unless otherwise noted. Content is for personal, non commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Bookings and payments Bookings for workshops, consultancy sessions, or other services are confirmed when payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are advertised inclusive or exclusive of VAT according to the applicable VAT regime. Invoices will show the correct VAT treatment required by Belgian law. Deposits, when requested, are non refundable unless the session is cancelled by Dizaura SRL.

4. Cancellations and refunds For individual coaching sessions and workshops, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time will be refunded or rescheduled without charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time may not be refunded. For exhibitions and events, specific terms may apply. These will be shared at the time of booking.

5. User conduct Use the website and services lawfully and respectfully. Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. Do not upload or share content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property All trademarks, logos, artwork, and original materials remain the property of Dizaura SRL or the respective creators. Any use outside these terms requires prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability We aim for accuracy and timeliness but do not guarantee that all content is complete or error free. Dizaura SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, services, or materials, except where liability cannot be limited by Belgian law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

8. Changes to services or terms We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the website or services at any time. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
